Merlyn and Rod taught a short course at West Dean in March 2010, 'Living wood to woodcut print - the trees of West Dean and Kingley Vale'.
The first day was spent amongst the ancient yes of Kingley Vale, some of them 200 years old. The rest of the week we worked on developing, cutting and printing the blocks. Fabulous results, some pictured here. (Please use the links above the image) |
